Relationships – We are humans first, part of a greater community, students, families, educators, and partners. Relationships take time to build and are strengthened through our actions. Having relationships as a central belief with our students will go a long way, more so than any content that we teach.

Why I serve

As a black male, I know the impact of having black leaders who support and care about the outcomes of my community. I serve as a member of Statesmen's board because I want to do everything that I can to open doors for the young leaders in our classrooms who will lead the way for the District, our country, and the world in the near future.
